Earl Fleming was born on July 27th in Montgomery, Alabama and grew up in Buffalo, NY. At the age of five, he developed a strong interest in music and studied piano under the instruction of Robert Roseborough. Furthering his studies in the craft, he later attended college majoring in music composition.
As a keyboardist, songwriter, and producer, Earl has established a positive and solid reputation in the music industry. His talents have enabled him the opportunity to work with many national and international recording artists in several different capacities: on the stage, recording studio as keyboardist or session musician, writer or producer with artists such as Rick James, Teena Marie, Chante Moore, Gloria Gaynor, Blue Cantrell, Carl Thomas, Mya, Mary Davis, Candi Staton and more. He produced on the soundtrack and scored on Tyler Perry s hit movie Diary of a Mad Black Woman and toured with Tyler Perry's stage productions "Madea Goes to Jail" and "What's Done In The Dark" in which he co-wrote music with Mr. Perry for that stage production.
In 2008, Earl joined Leroy "Sugarfoot" Bonner as a member of Sugarfoot's Ohio Players where the group toured the world performing the hit records of the famous R&B group from the 70's up until Sugarfoot's passing in 2012.
